Arthur J. Raedeke

Arthur Raedeke has been a litigation consultant for more than twenty-five years. Prior to establishing Versus in 1996, he was Director of the San Francisco office of Litigation Sciences, Inc. He joined LSI from the MVI Companies where he was Vice President in charge of the jury research division, Juristics, Inc. Previously, Art was Executive Vice President of Public Response Associates, Inc. where he engaged in both litigation and political campaign consulting.

Art has consulted on a wide variety of major lawsuits around the country, including construction, breach of contract, environmental, professional negligence, labor and employment, product liability, personal injury, antitrust, securities, toxic tort, insurance coverage, libel, lender liability and intellectual property litigation. In addition to consulting with attorneys on the development of case strategies and selection of juries, he has conducted evidentiary research and testified in connection with change of venue motions and intellectual property cases.

Art has spoken on the use of social science research methods in litigation at law firms, Bar Associations, the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference, American Inns of Court, the Practising Law Institute, the American Board of Trial Advocates, BIO 2006, academic institutions and at continuing legal education (MCLE) seminars.

He received his B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota and completed his M.A. at the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
